A new estate agency has opened in Bridlington with well-known agent Tara Cummings taking the lead role. Keyhole Estates Ltd have opened their new offices on Flamborough Road, in the former premises of Alan Bell Mortgages Ltd.
Tara comes to this new role following several years with local agency D.Dunk,Lewis and Graves, a period that she remembers fondly. She has had 15 years experience as a sales negotiator and is a familiar sight in Bridlington. “I am very grateful to Mr Dunk and Mr Lewis for providing the opportunity to work with them and gain a superb grounding in the business. I just felt that it was time to expand my horizons and I believe that ICF have provided that opportunity for me.” said Tara.
The new agency promises to offer an attractive blend of ‘old style’ service and values whilst harnessing the power of technology and social media in the promotion of clients’ homes. “We will be setting high standards for ourselves, focussing on the needs of our sellers but also being very receptive to the needs of our purchasers, by offering a full range of complimentary services such as mortgage broking services, life cover and buildings & contents insurance – all designed to try and make sure that everybody has a good experience when they deal with us” added Tara.
ICF Managing Director Neil Davey explained: “We’ve been quietly doing a good job for our clients in East Yorkshire for nearly 20 years ourselves and we are excited about the opportunities that our new business venture in Bridlington.”
Tara moved to Bridlington to fulfil her late fathers dream of living by the sea. Having met her husband she is now settled here and in her spare time likes to spend time with her family, as well as running and walking. She also braved a parachute jump at the Grindale Skydive Centre two years ago for Leukaemia and Cancer Care.
